  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until well blended. Serve in a bowl for dipping green beans or place beans on a platter and drizzle with glaze. (Analysis includes green beans.) Makes 1/2 cup.
